Foucaud Tchekhoff Pochet & Associés (“FTPA”) is a medium-sized business firm based in the heart of Paris. With an equal share of litigation and client advice work, FTPA has traditionally targeted five core areas: corporate, banking and finance, public tender awards and State concessions, intellectual property and IT and commercial contracts, more recently, focusing on employment and tax matters.
