Solicitors was founded in 1938 and has since become a highly recognised and well respected firm in the Irish legal landscape. Currently the firm consists of two partners Quentin Crivon and David Frawley with one consultant Earl Gollogly.
Quentin Crivon qualified as a solicitor in 1965 and initially worked as an assistant solicitor in Roger Green and Sons, Solicitors and thereafter in O'Connor and Bergin, Solicitors where he developed his own practice in his own name.
In July 1969, Quentin joined Richie Ryan as a partner in the firm of Ryan Wallace changing the name to Ryan Wallace and Crivon. In 1975, the practice having grown substantially and Richie Ryan having left the practice after being elected and subsequently becoming the Minister for Finance the firm was merged with O'Hagan Ward & Co. and became a large practice (by Irish standards).
In 1994, the senior partner, Norman Gruson, retired and Quentin became the principal of O’Hagan Ward & Co. Quentin took the decision to downsize the practice to a more manageable size, and as a result dramatically increased its profitability.
Quentin specialises in advising on commercial and company law, taxation (both corporate and private), property, litigation, landlord and tenant, probate, charities, management and sports & social committees.
In 1998, David Frawley joined the practice as an assistant solicitor, and became a full partner in 2004.
