Membership is open to law firms with a reputation for excellence in their local jurisdiction which do not belong to a competing association or organization.

Prospective members are asked to complete a detailed questionnaire which is considered by the Management Committee (MC). Following a satisfactory review of the candidate's completed questionnaire, a representative of a Member firm makes a personal due diligence visit to the candidate's office to meet with partners of the firm.

Members pay an annual subscription for each year which they are members of the Association.
