THE COMMITMENT
1. Answers
CCA commits itself to avoid expressions “on one hand, and on the other hand”, we do not discriminate lawyers with only one terminal part of the forelimbs.
2. Time is of essence
Words like “Pass by our office this afternoon while we study the subject” are expressly forbidden.
3. Making it Happen
The client shall not hear CCA’s lawyers saying “I sent an e-mail but I am still waiting for a reply”.
4. Part of the solution and not of the problem
Our Law firm motto encourages lawyers to say to the Client YES, rather than NO, searching relentlessly to find new ways to overcome the word “NO”.
5. Knowledge
We praise our clients’ business; we want to know it as if it was our own.
6. Follow up
“No news, good news” is old news; we want the Clients to know that we care, and when we care for someone we call them.
7. Clients first
CCA herby assures that never, under any circumstance , will put its profits ahead of a Clients’ profits.
8. Language
Jargon is commonly used among “thieves”, we are not thieves, we want to speak the same “lingo”.
9. Partner/Trainee
CCA is one team, but the Partner is not going to do a trainees work and no and no work by a trainee goes unsupervised.
10. Individuality
Each client is A CLIENT; we insist in tailor made solutions.
