We, at Advokatni kancelar Broz & Sokol & Novak, provide a broad range of legal services in the Czech Republic with focus on civil, commercial and criminal law. On a daily basis our attorneys deal with recovery of debts, transfer of real estate, establishment of companies including draft of their statutes and conduction of general assemblies. We also defend our clients in „white collar“ criminal cases.

Our attorneys have vast experience in litigation and arbitration, representing clients at all levels of courts, including the Constitutional Court as well as the European court institutions. We provide all necessary legal assistance in cooperation with our tax and account advisers.

Legal assistance is provided to a whole range of clients from private individuals to large foreign corporations. We are one of the Czech leading firms in litigation and criminal law.

Currently we are 25 lawyers. In total we employ approximately 100 people, who provide assistance in all of the firm's activities.
